A Journey of Resilience: Catheline's Story

I had the privilege of working with an elder lady named Catheline, who resides in the UK but has children spread across the UK, USA, Canada, and her home country, Zimbabwe. Catheline wanted to preserve her life story for future generations, capturing her journey from a young girl married off, divorced and then married into an abusive marriage to a resilient woman who educated herself and her children.

Catheline's story is one of strength and perseverance. She shared valuable knowledge and experiences, highlighting the importance of education and self-empowerment. Through our collaboration, we created a book that not only narrated her life journey but also included cherished photographs that brought her story to life.

Catheline expressed her gratitude, saying, "Putting pictures helped to narrate the story and provided evidence of my life journey. Through the help and assistance in writing my story, I found healing and closure to things I was not able to see and identify. This book is a healing and breaking boundaries for me and generations to come."
