I remember the stories shared by my grandmother, rich with Zulu heritage, even though they were never written or captured in pictures. Living in the UK, I fondly recall her captivating storytelling skills. It was when my children asked about my homeland that I realised mere words were not sufficient; I needed to preserve these moments through writing and capturing them. This inspired me to create ‘Bantu’, a brand that embodies the essence of heritage and tradition, capturing the significance of memories through pictures and storytelling. Being a psychology graduate, I deeply understand how memory influences human behaviour, shaping our perceptions and actions.
